Projects and Programs
A One Sky project or program is implemented in order to work toward our purpose of “promoting sustainable living globally” within One Sky’s long-term vision of achieving an environmentally sustainable and socially just world. One Sky projects and programs must also be in line with our values, and utilize one or more of the approaches outlined in our mission statement. It’s a lot to think about, but the earth and the challenges that we face collectively are large - and we are small in relation! With that in mind, we want to make the most effective use of our time and energy in the projects that we take on, so our actions are influenced by a lot of thought and plenty of heart.
In this section you will find descriptions of the various programs and projects that One Sky is involved in. A One Sky project generally has a limited time frame, while programs are initiatives that have been around for some time.
