of joining Canadian Jewellers for Conflict-free Diamonds
Restore consumer confidence. The whole jewellery industry
stands to benefit from consumer confidence that the diamonds
they are buying are conflict-free. Only with an effective
Kimberley Process, one that includes, regular, independent
monitoring, will Canadian jewellers be able to assure their
customers that their diamonds are conflict-free.
Receive positive recognition. We will give members of Canadian
Jewellers for Conflict-free Diamonds positive recognition
as demonstrating corporate social responsibility on the issue
of conflict diamonds. Members will be listed on the One Sky
website and will receive a membership decal they can display
to show their membership.
